I Forgot About My Long Weekend Snowboarding Trip to New Hampshire This Weekend!
It’s like Christmas, except where I have to pay for stuff and sit in a car for six hours with a bunch of people I don’t know!
My high school buddy Chris lives in a barn in New Hampshire and has been trying to get a group of his friends to come up. I don’t know anyone else in the group, but one guy (a fellow member of the Bar of the State of New York) offered to give me a ride up, so hell yeah!
Daddy’s gonna strap on his brandy new snowboard, do some stuff and make some new friends.
The only concern is finding a television to watch the Giants game on Sunday. I think I’ll be the only one who gives a shit, but thankfully the ski mountain closes before the Giants game starts, so even if we go both Saturday and Sunday, I should be in front of a television for kick off.

For some reason, mountains further north don’t do night skiing/boarding and I have no idea why. What I have noticed, though, is that most lodges have sports bars nearby for just such occasions as the game. GO GIANTS
